So here's the rub: I found this dress at Marshall's. $25 and it is fully lined, machine washable, and very flattering. Plus it is modest enough to wear to work without modification and it's stylin'. Okay, it's a bit of a 5 pound dress, but there's another problem--my arm. The zipper up the back is a bit hard to manage. To keep or return?
I am such a shopping bulemic.

Do you like zip-up-the-back dresses enough to consider buying a zipper helper?
I go with the theory that women who live alone shouldn't wear dresses or tops with back closures, but I also look best in styles that button up the front or slip over the head.
If it's impossible to fasten alone, that's one thing, since obviously that renders the garment unwearable. I'd say anything that closes up the back will be difficult to fasten, but in my experience it's a difficulty of a few seconds and thus not a deal breaker. I've never found anything (that fit properly) that was actually impossible. Definitely a great dress, incidentally.
Your damn arm!
I think it is a gorgeous dress and I am picturing you in it and it's a good thing. Maybe the zipper helper, as Wende suggested? Or, I dunno, can you use your other arm?
