Special thanks to Aces and her boss for that video. We've got a little expatriate colony here on the Marlboro Mesa, and everyone misses different things. My sisters' long for decent Italian food and bagels. My list has jughandles, naked aggression, bagels, decent thin crust pizza and subs with vinegar.

Pasta is hopeless: we go to Pasta Pomodoro, but they're aren't many of those, and it's Napa-style Italian anyway.
Pizza is worth looking for, given that Z Pizza, Sauce, and Pie Zano's all do thin crust. Pizza is everywhere in this town, though if you're hoping for cracker-thin crust, you may be out of luck.
Most sub shops will do vinegar if you ask, won't they? In the bad old days of access to nothing but Subway somewhere that I lived, I had even them trained to use vinegar but no oil.
