Lead Paint Cookbook, meet Wende. This response was at least partially inspired by your post on food carts, LPC. The two of you would get on if you were ever in the same place. I am still unsold on the food carts vs. food trucks issue--I don't see limited offerings from Susy's Soups or the noodle place catching on in cart format, while with just a titch more space in a truck they could roam and bring excellence all over.
