A Mysterious Gift From Groovemine For Me

Last month I got a mysterious package in the mail. Inside was a CD, but there was no note or explanation of why Groovemine Records of Seattle, WA sent me a CD called The Minimal Wave Tapes.

Of course I took a listen. It's a compilation of early pop electronica released in the 80s. It's mostly bubbly music, listenable if you like that, and well done and remastered.

So thank you, Veronica Vasicka and Peanut Butter Wolf who put the project together! I still don't know why you sent it to me, and it was a little creepy, but I like free stuff!
