Light Therapy For Depression?

A study suggests that light therapy might be an effective treatment for regular depression, not just SAD. One thing that isn't mentioned in the article is the Vitamin D factor--there's been some talk lately that Vitamin D deficiency is widespread, and is especially exacerbated by winter grey skies and snow. Maybe Vitamin D is connected to the depression, and helped by the light, leading to an elevation of mood.
