My 25: Pizza

I've felt like I've been really behind on this project, but I'm not too bad off--I made pizza in January, but I just hadn't documented it. But I am loving this homemade pizza kick I've been on.

I use the pizza dough recipe from Mark Bittman's original How To Cook Everything, using 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and the stand mixer. It takes about 15 minutes to put it together.

My favorite variation is prosciutto and Parmesan cheese--it's very salty and sharp. You could also put a little fig paste on it to meld out the flavors. Or sauteed asparagus. Carmelized onions!
