No, I know I made more than one, but the news/realizations about the housing market coming out bolster my faith in myself enormously. Check out the graphics section of that second article--it's truly scary.

(my guess is I could handle it. No kids, no plans to have any, no real desire to ever own property again, at least not in the near future).
(my logic exactly. also would rather pull the plug and suffer now as opposed to later. but also, I had special tax law on my side and pmi. check with an attorney before doing anything.)
