New Salad: Supermarket Sushi

1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cucumber, seeds scoped out and thinly sliced
1/2 cup shaved carrot
1/4 cup wheat berries or brown rice

salt, rice wine vinegar and olive oil to taste

The object is to recreate the taste of inauthentic supermarket sushi.

Upon reflection, no olive oil but a little sesame oil and sesame seeds would really make this great.
